Published packages and "from" prices are indicative; every job is confirmed with a prior no-obligation quote. The accepted quote fixes scope and price.

Home access and credentials

Your network and device credentials are treated as strictly confidential: used only during the service, handed over/rotated on completion, and never stored without your written consent.

Withdrawal

Distance-contracted services carry a 14-day withdrawal right, except services already fully performed with your express consent.
